After 10 years as a newspaper editor, Wilfried Sauer took up a career in communications. Since then he has shaped the communication processes, organizations and activities of many international companies. He has experienced all the ups and downs in companies’ life spans, from IPOs to closing sites, from M&A to global product recalls, from carve-outs to restructuring. Since he moved from corporate to consulting 10 years ago, he has leveraged these experiences to provide efficient and sometimes unusual communication solutions as an eye-level partner for his clients. He enjoys strategic challenges and communication training and is a renowned expert in crisis communications. He has received various international awards.
Stephan M. Cremer studied law, history and politics in Tubingen, Geneva and Bonn. He joined topcom, founded December 1985, in January 1996 after a successful career as a publisher and in local politics.
Early on he has specialized in advising companies in corporate communications and public affairs. Many of his PR campaigns have been awarded; amongst others he received seven “International German PR Awards”, the most renowned PR distinction in Germany. Since a couple of years, Stephan’s work has been focused on creating acceptance for large, controversy discussed infrastructure projects.
For 20 years Stephan was an active member of the “German Public Relations Society”, serving nine years as aboard member and until 2015 as a jury member for the “International German PR Award”. In addition he was one of the founders of the “German Council on Public Relations” and served in various functions for 19 years.

A linguist by background, Dr. Kirstin Henze held responsibility for the communications activities of various international organizations during more than fifteen years.
Her focus is on internal communication, specifically change communication, and on integration and rebranding in connection with acquisitions and restructuring measures as well as on corporate publishing. By combining various communications disciplines in a very targeted and results-oriented way she is able to quickly develop pragmatic and efficient solutions.

Michael Grech studied computer science and international management to Master’s level. Focusing on business development, positioning and reputation management throughout his career, he has supported companies since 1992 through all stages of development.
From product launches to plant closures, Michael’s range is extensive. He has also proven his communicative expertise internally within the team, collaborating closely with clients in many key mid-size companies.
Having also worked in groups and large operations such as European Lottery Association (ELA) or the European Space Association (ESA), as well as for governments, authorities, ministries and embassies, he brings significant strategic communications experience to our team.
Through his diligence and his intercultural expertise and knowledge, he has the solid track record required to take on the most demanding communications challenges.
Anja Schué has been in the communication business for 20 years. As a PR and communication strategist with strong hands-on skills, she has achieved big successes while working in different companies, agencies and editorial teams.
Besides having learned public relations and corporate communications not only from scratch, she also knows very well the demands companies face nowadays due to the digital transformation and the responsibility for sustainable actions. Concepts for storytelling, content marketing, influencer marketing and corporate social responsibility and their implementation are particularly close to her heart.
